We are the Salesforce team at WatchGuard. We maintain an environment for 400+ internal employees and 200k+ Partner and Customer users via Community. Our team consists of Developers and Administrators whose goal is to make using Salesforce easier on their users, but also to educate the Salesforce Community on best practices and things that we come across when developing new solutions to interesting problems. As you can imagine, with a relatively large user base, we receive a variety of requests for new features. The purpose of this blog is to document our trials, tribulations and achievements while using the Salesforce.com platform.
Mark Passovoy has been working on the Salesforce.com platform since 2008. He has had roles as an Administrator, Developer, Analyst, Release Manager and Architect. He currently manages the Salesforce team at WatchGuard. Prior to WatchGuard, Mark was a consultant at Appirio for 4 years.
